Welcome to the USS William Dawes!

The year is 2372; the Klingons and the Cardassians are at war, in large part due to Changeling infiltration of the Alpha Quadrant. The Obsidian Order is gone and the Federation faces the inevitably of war. But all of that is far from the every day concerns of a transport vessel attached to Starbase 129. Until an intelligence operative arrives on station with highly encrypted data that must be delivered to Starbase 211 for analysis.

Because Starfleet suspects the communications network of being compromised, the Aeries Class USS William Dawes is tasked with delivery but is attacked en route. Outgunned, with two ships trying to take them out and a third racing to cut them off, Captain Elena Mao, while trying to escape the trap, gets caught in an unstable wormhole that deposits them on the far side of the Gamma Quadrant.

On the eve of all out war with the Dominion and far behind enemy lines, the William Dawes could do a lot of damage to Dominion forces. With a small crew and limited resources, the ship isn't meant to be on its on for long. So what do they do? Run for home? Or do the impossible and fight?

We are writing the adventures of small ship far behind enemy lines during the Dominion War and are looking for crew. With a max crew size of ten, we will be looking for unique and interesting characters. Must be 18 or older to apply.

Several hours ago aboard the otherwise mundane Federation starbase 129, all was fine when Winnie Faircrest woke up a smidgen past her 0500 alarm; retired from the adventures of Starfleet she was not as prepared to roll out of bed at the drop of an alarm. No, she was not…

Main Engineering was quiet save Thorne tinkering with the broken computer console in front of him. It blinked at him stubbornly, its error lights taunting him with their persistent, rhythmic flash. He frowned, tapping a few keys and muttering under his breath.

“Diagnostics are fine, wiring checks out, power’s stable.…

Jame Hunt exited his station after getting through his shift. A shift that consisted of systems checks and a few simulations. Grabbing a PADD he made his way to the conference room. In all honesty, he was bored and needed for the William Dawes to get assigned any task that…

The corridor on Deck 2 was just as narrow and utilitarian as the rest of the ship Aryx had seen so far. His quarters weren’t hard to find—third door on the left, marked with a simple panel that displayed his name: CPO Aryx Thorne. He smirked at the sight of…
